Every two years over the last 22 years we have organised an epilepsy teaching weekend for Specialist Registrars in neurology, neurosurgery, paediatrics, learning disabilities, rehabilitation and geriatrics.
The teaching weekend comprises of a series of lectures, video sessions and informal seminars covering the most important areas of clinical epilepsy practice in 2009. The course speakers are all internationally recognised experts in their fields and previous participants have found the teaching weekends both stimulating and enjoyable. As you will see from the enclosed programme, the venue is St Anne's College and the nearby Clarendon Laboratories, Oxford, starting on Friday afternoon and completing at lunchtime on Sunday.
This course is made possible by unrestricted educational grants from the Pharmaceutical Industry to cover the cost of the meeting, including accommodation. There will be a nominal fee for this meeting as follows:
Note: If you are a member of the UK Chapter of the lLAE there is no registration fee.
• Joining fee for ILAE for one year and including registration to this meeting: £25.00
• Should you not wish to join, a one-off fee for registration to this meeting is : £30.00
